Is it a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once and it's yours to keep. No monthly fees, ever.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Budget Bestie opens in Chrome or Safari on your phone or computer. You can add it to your Home screen so it opens like an app.
Who can see my money data?
Only you. Your tracker is saved in a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. The seller cannot open it.
Why do I sign in with Google?
So we know it's you (your Gmail must match your order), and so the app can create your own private tracker in your Google Drive. That's all it uses.
Google showed a "not verified" screen. Is it safe?
Yes. That screen appears for new apps that Google hasn't finished reviewing yet. Tap "Advanced", then "Go to Budget Bestie", and tick "Select all". Your data still stays in your own Google Drive. We're completing Google's review so this screen will go away.
How do I pay?
Scan the QR on the order page with GCash, Maya or any bank app, then upload your receipt and reference number. Your link is usually sent within 15–30 minutes.
Basic or Premium?
Basic has everything to plan each sweldo. Premium adds the financial advisor, yearly reports and PDF. Most people choose Premium, because upgrading later costs ₱299 more.
Can I get a refund?
If your payment wasn't confirmed or you paid twice, we refund it. See our Terms & Refunds.
